In this study we are examining how a smartwatch app that we developed can help people recognize their emotions better and thus increase their emotional competence. The app automatically adapts the watch face based on emotion recognition. 

Are you interested in taking part?  The only condition for participation is that you own a smartwatch and already use it in everyday life, or you are experienced with smartwatches. . The study will take place from 10 July to 31 July 2024. You will receive a smartwatch and the corresponding app from us during the study. You will use the app during the study period and give us feedback based on completing questionnaires and an interview. You will receive an expense allowance of 75 € for your participation in the study.
