About myself

Dear reader,

Thank you for your interest in my work. In general, my research revolves around designing scalable AI-based Requirements Engineering systems for end-users. That's a very high-level description. Specifically, that means that I am looking at how to learn something about what users of software want or need - by providing end-users with tools to voice their requirements and supporting analysts and researchers with analyzing qualitative data.

Sounds interesting? Do you want to discuss research, theories, or are a student interested in the topic and looking for a  thesis supervisor? Feel free to contact me anytime.

Now hiring!

If you are looking for an internship or you what to learn more about the (IT) consulting industry, let me know.

Completed Projects

Development of a platform that combines both a interface for collecting (eliciting) requirements and analyze the collected data (e.g., in case of interviews, content coding or processing using ML algorithms).
Development of design principles to utilize the crowd via Amazon Mechanical Turk for coding laddering interview data.
Industry thesis to develop a chatbot to improve the requirements engineering process for users and developers.
Company supported evaluation of multiple types of bots for the automated conduction of HR interviews.
Identification of issues and design principles for graphical and conversational interfaces, and subsequent derivation of a design guideline for hybrid interfaces.
Development and evaluation of design principles for a system supporting product owners with requirements prioritization.
